Buy adult music classes - January to May 2024

The Fred Finn branch of Comhaltas offers adult classes, providing tuition in whistle, flute, fiddle, banjo and mandolin. Class term starts Tuesday January 23rd at 7:45pm and the course will run over 16 classes. Please note the NEW VENUE.

Classes will take place at Gaelscoil Chnoc na Ré , Ballydoogan, Sligo. Eircode F91 FH30.

Please note that to take part in classes you need to pay the class fee of €128 online, and also take out Comhaltas membership.

If you have already paid membership as part of a family, then you have met the membership requirement. If you are taking these classes as an individual, you must also pay the single membership fee, which is available here.

The Adult classes are available for beginner, improver and advanced standard, for wind and string traditional instruments. Advanced players in other instruments are welcome for repertoire development and to provide the opportunity of playing with other adults. Adults can also avail of the rental instrument bank.
